About your maintenance

  • On the purchase of your new license, you will automatically receive 12 months Support and Updates.
  • You will continue to receive complimentary support and updates for three months after your maintenance expires.
  • You can renew your maintenance at any point during the 12 months after your maintenance expires, but your new expiry date will be 12 months from the initial expiry.
  • If your maintenance has lapsed by more than 12 months the cost to renew will be the cost of a full-price License.

* For example; if you purchase your License on February 1st, 2018 your initial 12 months maintenance will expire on February 1st, 2019 you will receive support and updates until April 30th, 2019.

You can purchase a further 12 months maintenance at any point up to Jan 31st, 2020; the new expiry date will be February 1st, 2020 regardless of when the renewal is made.

 

Further notes

The INSYDIUM Maintenance Bundle provides 12 months maintenance for X-Particles 4 and brings your Cycles 4D Maintenance in line regardless of when your Cycles 4D License was purchased. If your X-Particles maintenance is still valid, buying the bundle will provide you with an additional 12 months cover after your current plan expires. Making the maintenance bundle, even more, cost-effective.

If you choose not to renew your License, your License remains valid you will simply no longer receive updates and support.

Having up-to-date maintenance means you get full Support, the option to use our Early Access Programme. You will also be able to access all previous release builds of X-Particles back to 3.0.
