This document explains how we process any personal details you give us when you submit a request for our software trial. It explains what we ask from you and what we do with the information you give us.
Who is collecting your data?
When you submit a trial request on our website, you are sending your personal data to INSYDIUM LTD - Registered in England Company registration no. 08615238 – VAT Number GB 179 7156 59.
What data is being collected?
We ask you to submit your full name and email address. Our website also gives us your IP address.
What is the legal basis for processing the data?
When you request a trial we need to give you a valid product license. We need to store your data so that we can reply to your trial request and contact you about your temporary trial license.
Will the data be shared with any third parties?
We will save your data on MAILCHIMP to send you marketing emails. If you give us your consent, we will also save your data on MAILCHIMP to send you newsletter emails. We don’t share your data with any other third parties.
How will the information be used?
Your data will be stored on our secure internal system. It will be used purely to contact you about your trial request, your temporary license and for follow-up marketing emails. If you have consented, we'll also use it to email you with a newsletter. It will not be used any other purpose. If you contact us again in the future we may refer back to your data to help us answer your questions.
How long will the data be stored for?
Unless you tell us to remove your data, INSYDIUM LTD will keep your details stored on our system for as long as we think it might help in answering your current or any future enquiries.
What is your right of access?
You can ask us to send you a copy of any personal data of yours that we have. If you no longer want us to keep that data, or you want to be removed from our email marketing list, you can ask us to remove it from our systems at any time by contacting Customer Services. However, remember that if you ask us to delete your data we will no longer be able to provide you with an active license for our software.
