Welcome to the INSYDIUM Fused Open Beta. Your participation will help shape the future of INSYDIUM Fused by providing valuable feedback on pre-release versions of our software. By registering for the Open Beta, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Participation
Participation in the Open Beta is voluntary and free. Your role as a Beta Tester is to use the software, report bugs, and provide feedback.
2. Social Media Sharing
You are encouraged to share your experiences and creations made with the Beta software on social media platforms. However, you agree not to disclose any confidential information provided by INSYDIUM.
3. Intellectual Property
3.1 Contributions: Anything you create using the Beta software remains your property. However, by participating in the Open Beta, you grant INSYDIUM a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display these creations in our marketing.
3.2 Feedback: All feedback, comments, and suggestions you provide about the Beta software become the sole property of INSYDIUM, and we may use this information without obligation to you.
4. Rewards
Active participants may receive rewards, such as discounts on future purchases or recognition in INSYDIUM communications. Specifics about rewards will be communicated to participants directly.
5. No Warranty
The Beta software is provided "as-is" without any warranties, express or implied. INSYDIUM LTD does not guarantee the software will operate uninterrupted or be error-free.
6. Confidentiality
You may receive confidential information from INSYDIUM regarding the Beta software. You agree not to disclose this information to anyone else without explicit permission from INSYDIUM.
7. Termination
INSYDIUM reserves the right to terminate your access to the Beta software at any time without notice. Upon termination, you must cease using the software and delete all copies.
8. Liability
INSYDIUM will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Beta software.
9. Agreement to Terms
By clicking "Register," you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
10. Changes to Terms
INSYDIUM reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued participation in the Open Beta after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
11. Beta Closure and Software License
11.1 Closure of the Open Beta: The INSYDIUM Open Beta is for a limited time. INSYDIUM reserves the right to conclude the Beta testing phase at any time without prior notice. Upon closure, the Beta software may become inoperative or may be required to be deleted at INSYDIUM's discretion.
11.2 License Limitation: The license access granted to you for the Beta software is solely for Beta testing purposes and is non-transferable. This Open Beta expires upon the conclusion of the Beta testing, after which the Open Beta may no longer be used unless otherwise specified by INSYDIUM.
11.3 Release Software Eligibility: Active participants who have significantly contributed to the Open Beta may, at INSYDIUM's sole discretion, be offered the release version of the software. Eligibility for receiving the Release Update will be based on the quality, usefulness, and frequency of feedback provided during the Open Beta. INSYDIUM LTD is under no obligation to offer the release software to all participants.
11.4 Acknowledgment: By participating in the Open Beta, you acknowledge and agree that the Beta software is for testing and evaluation purposes and that INSYDIUM has the right to revoke access to the Beta software and/or offer the final release software based on its evaluation of each participant's contribution to the Open Beta.
